My background is ecology especially in marine biology. I graduated from State Islamic University of Malang (2003) and continued my study to master degree in School of Life Science and Technology (SITH) Institut Teknologi Bandung (2006). Since 2008 I became lecturer at Biology Department, Science and Technology Faculty, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. From 2013 – present, I take PhD program at Molecular Physiology Laboratory, Department of Biological Science, Graduate School of Science, Hiroshima University, Japan. I research about the vanadium and heavy metals accumulation by marine bacteria isolated from the intestine of Ascidia sydniensis samea under Prof. Tatsuya Ueki supervision.

Hopefully this blog may share everything about biology and related disciplines that I mastered both from biological aspects and Islamic perspective.
